- For a large financial services company, currently working on mobile websites and apps. Features include purchasing, transactions and self-service. Created and presented POVs that provided strategic rationale for further design development. Organized and ran client work sessions to collaborate on concepts. Co-wrote business requirements with BAs and developed use cases. Worked closely with business owners and developers. Incremental launches throughout 2011.
- For AT&T, designed how customers could easily configure personalized, multi-faceted service bundles to maximize saving opportunities. Worked closely with a large team of stakeholders, business analysts, and other information architects. Utilizing iRise prototyping software. Launched June 2011.
- For Sears Holding Corporation, built and led a team of ecommerce taxonomists to successfully create the product catalog hierarchy in 6-month timeframe for MyGofer.com; an innovative cross-channel retail store. Jumped on several related Sears.com and Kmart.com projects to facilitate tight timelines. Developed project plans. Worked internally with merchandisers, SMEs and technical teams to translate business objectives to workable solutions. Launched May 2009.
- For Pampers.com developed a rich pull-menu that provided visitor multiple entry points for learning, investigating and purchasing. Integrates a unique tag cloud element into the main navigation. Site structure supports localization in multiple international markets. Launched October 2008.
- For QVC, led the information architecture for its billion dollar e-commerce website that integrates TV and web channels, community features, and video content.
