Project Achievements

  • Led a team of ecommerce taxonomists to successfully create the product hierarchy for MyGofer.com; an innovative cross-channel retail store for Sears Holding Corporation. Launched May 2009.
  • Redefined how Valvoline.com serves its do-it-yourself and do-it-for-me audiences. I worked closely with the developer to create a data model to describe how content will relate to each other. Launched November 2009.
  • Led the strategy for Pampers.com that integrates a unique tag cloud element as a part of its main navigation. Site structure supports localization in multiple international markets. Launched October 2008.
  • Led the information architecture for the QVC e-commerce website, which has annual sales in excess of a billion dollars, that integrates multi-channel strategies, community features, and video content
  • Developed an immersive, "Web 2.0" experience for a new private social network site for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Association where groups of friends can plan trips and share memories
  • Planned and facilitated other usability testing for clients including Microsoft, Intel, and SaraLee
